a) Mechanical
- Plumbing works, cool water, main tapping & meter.
- Sanitary and sewerage works.
- Fire fighting, Alarms and hydrant system.
- Air-con VRV system and traditional system.
- Vertical transport (Lift) system.
- Laise with JBA (Jabatan Bekalan Air), JPBM (Jabatan Bomba Dan Penyelamat), JPP (Jabatan Perkhimatan Pembetungan) and authority department.
b) Electrical
- High tension and low voltage electrical installation works.
- Upgrading TNB supply and build sub station.
- Underground and over head cable.
- Telephone, CCTV and SMATV system.
- Public Address and intercom system.
- Laise with TNB (Tenaga Nasional Berhad), TMB (Telekom Malaysia Berhad), and relevant authority department.
